Will the Holder fit my backpack
It mounts to any shoulder strap up to standard width, and the Wide variant covers heavier trekking packs. If your strap is unusual, message us before ordering and we’ll tell you straight whether it’ll work.
How fast do you ship?
In-stock gear leaves within 48 hours. Free EU shipping over €60. Outside the EU, shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, email us and we’ll sort it. Once it’s on the way, the 30-day return window has you covered instead.
What bottle sizes does it hold?
Anything from a 500ml flask to a 1L bottle. It grips on the trail so nothing bounces out over rough ground, but releases with one hand when you want to drink.
Is it actually reachable while walking?
That’s the whole point. The bottle sits on the strap where your hand already goes, so you drink without stopping, twisting, or taking the pack off. That’s the difference between carrying water and actually drinking it.
What’s it made of, and how much does it weigh?
62 grams. Weather-resistant webbing and a reinforced mount that survived 800km of Camino without a stitch giving out. Every gram had to justify itself.
What’s your return policy?
30 days, trail-tested. Take it out, use it properly, and if it doesn’t earn its place on your strap, send it back for a full refund. We’d rather you carry something you trust than keep something you don’t.
Is there a guarantee?
Two years against anything going wrong that isn’t ordinary wear. If a mount fails or a seam gives, we replace it.
Do you ship internationally?
Across the EU as standard, and to most countries beyond it. Rates and delivery times show at checkout so there are no surprises.
