Smart Accessories Built for the walk

Sometimes it’s the smallest things that make the biggest difference on the trail. Here’s what we’ve built so far.

I stopped noticing it was there. That’s when I knew it was right.

— Mareike, 780km, Camino Francés

Grab your bottle. Drink. Put it back. Keep walking.

Why Cadavia exists

In 2010, I walked my first Camino, from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port all the way to Fisterra. What started as a one-time adventure became part of my life. Since then I’ve returned to the Camino almost every year, and those journeys added up to thousands of kilometres on different routes.

I tried almost everything

Bottles in side pockets. Hydration bladders with drinking tubes. Different bottle holders and countless other solutions. Each had its strengths. None was exactly what I was looking for. Cadavia was born from a simple desire: to make drinking on the trail easier.

Notes from the trail

Stories and lessons from the Camino, and the small things that make the walk easier.
